Dead End Hair Booking Policy
Dead End Hair is a small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with Dead End Hair we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.
As a client when booking an appointment you will be required to provide an email address and mobile number (or 20% deposit for online bookings) to secure your booking.
Bookings will be confirmed via text message or email prior to your booking date to your supplied contact number or email to which you are required to respond with “Yes” or “No”. If we receive no response from you one of our staff members will attempt to call you to confirm.
Bookings which remained unconfirmed by 24 hours before the booking will be cancelled and the appointment slot will be opened up to other clients. Online booking deposits will be forfeited.
If a client does not show for a confirmed booking or does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation/reshedule they will be charged a no show/cancellation fee (50% of scheduled service) via invoice to the supplied email address at the time of booking and online booking deposits are forfeited. All clients (except online bookings) will be contacted via phone to advise of charges before they are processed to avoid misunderstandings. Failure to pay no show/late cancellation invoices within 30 days will be referred to third party collectors.
Hair salons like Dead End Hair find it almost impossible to fill cancelled/no show spots at short notice. Last minute cancellations/no shows do have a significant impact on Dead End Hair, their clients and team. We have found that our booking policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful clients.
Dead End Hair reserves the right to cancel all appointments where sufficient contact details have not been supplied.
Please note online booking deposit refunds may take 24 hours to 5 working days to process when required.

In order to book services with Dead End Hair, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

Dead End Hair uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its booking credit card transactions. eWAY processes credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments. All credit card transactions performed on the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

– Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Dead End Hair or any outside party.
– All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
– All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
– eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Dead End Hair.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you feel you are not liable for cancellation/no show charges we will investigate further to deem its liability as set out in our booking policy on a case by case basis within 30 days from the charged fees and substantiate if a refund is in order.

Service Redo & Refund Policy
If for whatever reason you are not happy with services performed at Dead End Hair we require clients to contact the salon within 7 days to resolve any issues. Services performed at Dead End Hair will not carry any guarantee if the client is not using Professional Products as recommended. Dead End Hair will not refund or compensate clients for change of mind or unrealistic expectations not being met. Dead End Hair will not refund or compensate for services performed elsewhere to rectify or change outcome of services performed at Dead End Hair. Dead End Hair reserves the right to correct any issues in house before a refund is offered given there is basis to do so at our discretion.
